5.) Inquire about the sick policy. Some daycare centers have a strict policy of not letting a child attend on a day that they are sick. This type of policy may impact your work schedule, but your child is more likely to stay healthy if not exposed to other sick babies. Weigh the pros and cons of each center’s sick policy.

6.) Ask about their curriculum. A baby is like a sponge and learns rapidly. Make sure the daycare center has age appropriate toys and planned activities.

7.) Check their license. Every daycare center is required to have a license from the state. Check their license to make sure they are following proper daycare procedures.

Architecture projects require four different stages in order to be successful. These are known as the program phase, the schematic design, the developed design, and work drawings.

Building projects must begin with a vision of the work and all that is needed. During the program phase, the architect takes into consideration details such as square footage and budgets. Electrical and mechanical functions in the building are looked at as well. Client preferences are considered at this stage as well as interior and exterior aesthetics. Project location is also important, as space may be limited, along with the research of building codes and regulations.

Schematic and Developed Design Phases

Schematic design is when the architect quickly sketches preliminary drawings and models. The architect places all of the program information into floor plans and 3-D pictures of the design. Ideally these sketches include all of the client’s specifications. Every drawing is presented to the client and needs to be approved by them. The first models may be sent back due to the fact that the client can change their ideas or needs at any time. There are usually several changes in this phase.

Developed Design

In this phase, a consultant team of engineers is assembled. The architect needs to take all of the structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical advice and work it into the schematic design. It is a challenge to balance budget concerns, original ideas, and engineering renderings. Computer animations and physical models are usually the outcomes of this stage.

Working Drawings

After client approval, the architect documents the project and creates the working drawings. These are the blue prints for the client and builders to use for the project. Government documentation and contracts are also done during this phase. Drawings and specifications are submitted for builder pricing and building permits.

If you owe money to the IRS or worried that you cannot pay your IRS payments in full, you still have many options available for you. The IRS allows many tax payers that owe money to them to set up what you call an IRS installment agreement. It is a payment agreement that will allow you to get the chance to get rid of your debt over a period of time. Depending on how much you owe the IRS, it may take up to months to several years, to pay them off.

However, I think this is a really great idea to consider because you can reduce your debt by as much as half. If you have a large debt, it really would matter. In order to qualify for a payment agreement with the IRS, you would have to owe no more than $25k. You will have to fill out form 9465 or the online payment agreement application, to get started. This gives you a nice chance to be able to put a little extra money in your pocket and still pay the IRS off your debt. It is way better than having to pay them back all at once.

When determining what equipment to buy, there are three basic components to consider for your network and data solutions. First is of course your budget, second is what kind of work you will be doing, and third we should consider levels of security.

If there are only to be two or three people in your office, and your security requirements are low, a lower end machine with Windows7/XP home should be fine as an operating system and is relatively simple to set up for basic networking including file and printer sharing. Streaming video, conference calls, multi-tasking and such, may require a faster (more expensive) processors at least 4 or more Gb of ram. You should also consider using Windows 7/XP Professional to gain more security and a more robust networking environment.

There are two basic internet access methods available. DSL from your phone company, or a Cable modem. Typically, the cable modem will allow greater bandwidth and is more robust, but DSL has come a long way and, if your location is good, may give you just as much bandwidth. Many DSL providers also provide a wireless router as part of their DSL Modem. Otherwise you will need to procure a wireless router. Most of the routers today are “plug and play” so setup should be fairly simple.

There are two things to consider with regard to security. Access security (keeping the bad guys out), and Data security (avoiding disastrous data loss). Setting and maintaining system passwords is a great start to keeping your system safe. With regard to data loss, minimally you should consider at least two drives and make sure they are mirrored (a basic RAID 0 configuration). Set up a routine back up strategy (an online backup would be great), but you can also burn backups to disk, or get a portable drive.

Many people get sinus headaches confused with migraines. However, by knowing the difference between the two and how they can affect you, you can reduce your chances of experiencing them for long periods of time. If you find out that you have migraines, the you must seek migraine headache treatment.

Sinus headaches usually occur due to a sinus infection or allergies. You are likely to experience this very hard behind a bad cold or flu. What happens is that the air cavities located above and behind the nose encourages inflammation as the infection sets in. All of this pressure causes the headaches.

A sinus headache can be very painful and last for a very long time. However, they are most likely to occur in the morning. Some of the most common symptoms associated with sinus headaches is pressure around the eyes, fever, chills, and swelling around the face. Sometimes a person may even experience aches in the teeth. For relief, many doctors are recommending hot compression, steamy showers, and hot drinks and food such as soup or broth.

With migraines headaches, it is just never one migraine. It is usually more than one going on at one time. These headaches include pain that is irritated by sound and visual disturbances. There is a major sensitivity to light and sound. The throbbing of these headaches are normally on one side of the head. The pain can be mild to extreme and it can be accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

Some food can also trigger the the pain and make it worse such as Chinese food, aged cheeses, processed meats, caffeine, and even chocolate. Some other things that may trigger it lack of sleep, stress, intense exercising, sex, menstruation, weather changes, birth control pills, smoke or perfume, estrogen replacement therapy, and flashing lights. Migraines are not treated the same way as sinus headaches or any other type of headaches. You must go and see a physician.

A wine and cheese party is a great way to celebrate any occasion or to simply get together with friends and family. Though it may appear to be a fancy get together, it is really simple to pull off a great party without a lot of fuss.

Set the Mood

Every party needs mood music. Choose music that will set the tone for the evening, be it soft music, or a more upbeat genre. As for decor, place candles throughout the room for ambiance. Also, use matching table cloths for your display and add little touches to the table such as fruit or flowers in decorative containers.

Wine and Cheese

Choose at least 3 different types of wine and cheese in pairings for your display. If you are not a connoisseur in choosing wine and cheese pairings, ask for help at the store where you make your purchase. They can be very helpful. Aside from wine and cheese, you will want to have additional finger foods for your guests. Raw vegetables, some nice small breads, cheeses such as brie, and an assortment of crackers go well. Also put out some fruit, especially grapes for your guests.

Glasses and Drinks

Have plenty of wine glasses that are for your particular wines available for your guests. Also keep in mind that you should also offer other beverages for guests who do not drink, or for guests who have had all the wine they want. Just some coffee and bottled waters and soft drinks will do.

Having a plan to follow will assure that your wine and cheese party is a success, and everyone will enjoy themselves, including you!
